Can You Handle Credit Responsibly?
If you need credit repair help, the new year is one of the best times to work on it. If you have bad credit, you need to get some credit repair help as soon as possible. How do you know if you have bad credit?
What Is Bad Credit?
Bad credit is when you have a credit score that ranges from 350 to 750.
A good credit score is between 750 – 850.
The perfect credit score is 850. The financial world will be at your beck and call if you can achieve a credit score of 850.
What’s Wrong With Bad Credit?
Just about everything is wrong with bad credit. For starters if you want a job and a place to live bad credit is your worst enemy.
Bad credit tells creditors that you can’t handle credit. Whether you are or not, bad credit signals to financial institutions that you may be financially irresponsible. With bad credit creditors will not extend you any more credit, lenders will not extend you a loan.
So you won’t have any credit cards, you won’t be able to rent, you won’t be able to get a car loan, you won’t get insurance and you may not even get a job.
Who Does Credit Checks?
A lot of businesses use credit checks as a tool to check you out.
Landlords use credit as a tool to determine who they rent space to.
Insurance companies use credit as a tool to determine if, if, if they will insure you; and what you will pay in premiums, if they do insure you.
More and more employers are checking credit reports before determining who to hire.
